We will have at least 1 or 2 security guards at the front entrance 24 hours a day. One guard will make the rounds of the project on horseback. DSS will be setting up security cameras all over the property as required. As the project evolves, we will make sure the security evolves at the same rate. Where our project is located we expect no issues, but prepare for anything and everything.

We will be building the first two 3 bedroom homes starting in the first weeks of August, Now that the surveyor has completed his lot subdivisions.
Once the subdivisions are completed, we will begin the streets and picketing of each individual lot. The eco-lodge and swimming pool we are still awaiting final plans, but will begin as soon as permits are issued.
Water and Garbage collection is included in your fees and the water is connected directly to your home. Propane, as in all residential projects, is up to the homeowner to purchase their own tanks. But once we reach over 50 homes, which will be within the first year, propane companies will be able to service you right at your own home.
